S.T.A.R. PROGRAM (Steps To Athletic Reward):
18 Months - 5 Year Olds

Arizona Dynamics Steps To Athletic Reward program is especially created for our 2-5 year old students. Children participate in age related classes learning basic skills along the way while earning rewards for their achievements. Our S.T.A.R. students work in a small student to coach ratio of 6:1 for the maximum learning experience.

DYNAMIC DISCOVERY: 18 Months - 2½ Years Old

Dynamics Discovery is an exploratory class for a young child's first gymnastics experience. We focus on learning gymnastics positions and terminology as well as learning very basic skills like waiting their turn, or taking direction from an adult other than mom/dad. This class offers a variety of benefits both physical and social. Parent participation is required.

Class Duration 30 minutes

MINI STARS: 2½- 3½ Years Old

Our three year olds participate in class independent of mom or dad. They begin the development of learning balance, flexibility and hand eye coordination skills while having fun with their peers learning life skills such as waiting their turn, sharing, listening and following direction from someone other than mom/dad. We also introduce body position terminology.

Class Duration: 45 minutes

MIGHTY STARS: 3½ - 5 Years Old

Dynamics four year olds continue to work on basics such as balance, flexibility and hand eye coordination, however we now introduce skill development for bars, beam, floor exercise and trampoline. Our Mighty Stars also begin working on the skill of learning to follow multiple instructions at one time such as putting two skills together like tuck jump straight jump and remembering the correct order.
